What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
All sales are final.
Refunds are only issued if an error was made on our end during fulfillment.
If you would like to return an item for store credit (equal value):
- You must contact us within 5–7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed
- Local returns may be dropped off at our Decatur, GA location
Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued a store credit code for future use.
Items returned in any condition other than new will be sent back at your expense.
When will I get my order?
Shipping (Domestic)
Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing and shipping unless otherwise stated in the product description.
All orders are shipped via USPS.
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including:
- Correct street number and name
- Apartment, suite, or unit number
- Proper abbreviations
Served Daily Global is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate shipping information. Once your order has left our facility and is in the hands of USPS, we no longer have control over delivery.
During high-demand periods, please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Once USPS/UPS marks a package as delivered:
- It may arrive later that day or the following day
- Check with neighbors or nearby locations
If you still cannot locate your package after 1–2 business days, contact your local USPS office.
